We can keep your keys on file or you can choose to have them returned, in which case you will need to contact us when you arrive home to make arrangements.

Choosing to leave your keys with us means we are just a phone call away in emergency situations. You may be delayed getting home, be called away unexpectedly, lose your keys or lock yourself out!

When not in use, keys will be stored in a locked storage box and are coded. Addresses and telephone numbers are never attached to the keys, and codes are kept in a separate secure location.
